To meet or exceed sales quotas by selling approved products at optimal prices while providing exceptional customer service, fostering strong relationships, and ensuring a seamless and satisfying customer experience to drive company sales and profitability.

Essential Job Functions:
- Actively pursue customer sales in the assigned area(s) and selected customer accounts, and to open new accounts.
- Respond to bid requests promptly.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Provide any required records/paperwork in a timely manner.
- Assist in the collection of monies from delinquent accounts that are assigned to you.
- Take on additional responsibilities as assigned while actively participating in meetings and training sessions to enhance skills, knowledge, and professional growth.
- Showroom/retail work hours is a requirement of this position.
- Other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- High school diploma required.
- College degree preferred.
Experience:
- 3 years of previous outside direct sales experience required.
- Commercial kitchen equipment and/or restaurant experience preferred.
- Auto Quotes knowledge and use. Excel, Windows, and Google Workspace helpful.
- Bilingual/Spanish is required for this position.
Base salary and commission eligible. Monday - Friday 8AM - 5AM. This is a sales, salaried exempt position. Benefits include paid time off, medical, dental, vision, and pet insurance, and 401(k) matching.
