Position Summary: New Mexico Restaurant Supply, a subsidiary of Arizona Restaurant Supply, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Associate to assist in the day-to-day warehouse operations including, but not limited to: loading and unloading merchandise, maintaining inventory control and accuracy, regular inventory cycle counting and system adjustments, processing shipments and returns, process freight claims, maintaining a clean, organized and safe work environment, and working as a part of a team in a busy warehouse environment.

Essential Job Functions:

Assist with loading and unloading of trucks.
Receive all shipments into the ERP system.
Assist with recording transfers, shipping, and all other warehouse transactions.
Assist with maintaining inventory.
Ensure the warehouse is safe and operation at all times.
Other duties as assigned.

Competencies:

Warehouse experience.
Attention to detail and meticulous record-keeping capabilities.
Positive communication skills and desire to work with others to solve problems.
Responsive via phone and email.
Safety-oriented.

Minimum Job Requirements:

Experience on a forklift.
Proficiency in written and verbal communication.
Must have a valid Driver’s License and the ability to be covered on Arizona Restaurant Supply’s auto insurance plan.

Physical Demands:

Ascending or descending ladders, stairs, scaffolding, and poles.
Moving about to accomplish tasks or moving from one worksite to another.
Adjusting or moving objects up to 60 pounds in all directions.
Operating machinery, power tools, motor vehicles, or heavy equipment.
Medium work that includes moving objects up to 50 pounds.

Position type/expected work hours:

This is anon-exempt, hourly position. Normal working hours are Monday through Friday, 8AM - 5PM with a one-hour lunch. This position offers eligibility for health benefits including medical, dental, vision, life, supplemental insurance and 401(k) matching along with paid holidays, vacation, and sick time.
